Dr. Robert Pruitt

Dr. Robert Pruitt brings energy, enthusiasm, and a personalized approach to patient care at Arnett Dental Care. A proud Murray native and Calloway County High School graduate, Dr. Pruitt discovered his passion for dentistry while shadowing Dr. Arnett and a local oral surgeon. He was immediately drawn to how dentistry uniquely blends science with hands-on skills, offering the perfect combination of intellectual challenge and practical artistry.

Since joining the practice in 2022, Dr. Pruitt has embraced what he loves most about dentistry: the variety and individuality of each patient interaction. "Every day is something new, every patient is different," he explains. "I enjoy helping each patient individually in whatever way serves them best, whether that's getting them out of pain or changing their entire smile and giving them confidence." This philosophy of personalized, patient-centered care ensures that every person who sits in his chair receives treatment tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pruitt maintains an active and well-rounded lifestyle. He's a passionate Tennessee Titans fan who enjoys both watching games and attending them in person. His other interests include hunting, staying fit through regular workouts, and traveling to explore new places and experiences.

Dr. Pruitt has a unique hobby that showcases his technical side: building custom PCs. This hands-on interest in technology complements his dental work, as both require precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

At home, Dr. Pruitt shares his life with two four-legged companions—Tito, a French Bulldog, and Henry, a Boston Terrier—who keep him entertained and grounded when he's not at the office.
